St. Francis ECC is currently located in a strip mall.  We have contributed greatly to Pinellas County with our efforts focused on the Homeless, Aids Epidemic, providing an “All Are Welcome” place to worship, Annual Pet Blessing and many other Outreach Events.  Unfortunately, we are out growing our current space and need to look for a more permanent home so that we can offer more services to Pinellas County.
