House of Hope is a pregnancy care center in Lexington, SC providing education and compassionate support to women and men facing difficult pregnancy decisions. Women and men visiting House of Hope can trust that they will only receive accurate information and confidential services, free of charge. House of Hope provides information about all pregnancy options to clients, as well as ongoing practical support, regardless of the decision made.

Our “Paths Forward for Families” campaign is a unique way to honor your family or loved one, or represent your business, and contribute to our ministry at the same time. The beautiful outdoor path will be assembled from the purchased bricks on the property at House of Hope, leading from the house to the play and meditation area. Proceeds from this campaign will help fund the pregnancy center operations, and provide hope to women and men in our community, as they plan their path forward from unexpected pregnancy.
