Who is acquiring Fundraising Brick, LLC?

Fundraising Brick, LLC is now under the ownership of Shana and Zack Light. Shana and Zack also own Ceramica, Inc., a masonry engraving business in Indianapolis, Indiana. The husband-and-wife team is the third generation of the Light family to lead Ceramica, and the pair has a combined two decades of experience in digital strategy, marketing, product development, and merchandising.

Why was Fundraising Brick acquired?

Ceramica saw a great opportunity to maintain and expand Fundraising Brick’s legacy of helping organizations raise funds through personalized engraved bricks. We are truly passionate about supporting meaningful fundraising efforts, and we are excited to serve both existing and new customers. Currently, Ceramica specializes in sandblasting for engraving limestone (address stones, date stones, signage), brick (fundraising and commemorative bricks), and memorials. The acquisition of Fundraising Brick allows us to expand our portfolio of products by growing our brick engraving business and enhancing customization options with the addition of laser etching technology.

Will there be any changes to the business?

Our goal is to ensure a seamless transition with no disruptions.
