Wakefield Veterans Memorial, The City of Wakefield in conjunction with PRIDE of Wakefield are excited about Memorializing your loved one through a Veterans memorial.  The location of this memorial will be a focal point as you drive through beautiful Wakefield, KS , off of Highway 82. This memorial will set on City property north of Two Sisters Crafts and collectibles .  We are excited for this opportunity and are hopeful in your participation through donations , brick sale and volunteer efforts .  We will be selling memorial bricks that you can memorialize your veteran and / or active duty solider. All proceeds from our brick fundraiser and any donations collected will used in the completion of this project.  Please help support a wonderful addition to our community as we embrace our veterans in a lasting memorial. The City is honored to work with the many Wakefield organizations in the completion of this project.
