In 2014, Partners For Pets rescued and rehabbed 1,389 dogs and cats from the pound. That is 1,389 lives saved in one year; all would have been euthanized without our rescue. Many of these animals were sick and injured, requiring significant medical care and TLC.

Our current shelter is a tiny renovated barn at a private residence. We have outgrown our little shelter that has served us so well.  Over 11,000 animals have passed through our doors since we started in 2002. We are excited to be able to expand and help even more animals in the community.  This is where we need your help. 

Partners For Pets has great news!  We recently purchased a 5 acre property just outside Troy, IL with  a house and 3 buildings for a new shelter.  The property came up at auction and met all our requirements for a shelter but left us little time to do a capital campaign to raise money for the facility.  We feel very fortunate to have purchased the property for $200,000.00.  Renovations of $180,000.00 are needed to make this the ideal shelter for our rescued animals.  All funds raised through the Buy A Brick Campaign will be used toward renovations for the new facility.
