The city of Avery, Texas, in conjunction with community members, Doug Gortney, Phyllis Stanley, Gary Tucek, Mark Megason, Ed Stephenson, Paula Pennington, Lee Lindeman, and Brent Jackson have organized the Avery Community Tomato Shed Fundraising Project which allows individuals to purchase personalized bricks for $50 that will be placed within the grounds of the structure.  Individuals will provide the text, whether it be honoring a loved one or simply placing a family name, that will be placed on the brick.  All funds raised from this project will be used to assist with adding amenities to the tomato shed.
