Winfield Baseball Indoor Practice Facility Brick Campaign
Fundraiser for the Tyler Kincaid Memorial Baseball Facility
Hosted by Fundraising Brick
Engraved Brick Order Deadline: Ongoing

The Tyler Kincaid Memorial Baseball Facility Dedication Ceremony
On behalf of the Tyler Kincaid Memorial Scholarship Foundation, The Kincaid family addressed the crowd, speaking of the deep connection their son, Tyler, had to the Winfield community. Tyler was a proud General, a talented baseball player who played from the age of five through his senior year, earning a scholarship to WVSU, where he played both his freshman and sophomore year. After his passing, his family and friends established the scholarship to honor his legacy and support student athletes in a community that had meant so much to him.
For ten years, the foundation has proudly awarded scholarships to Winfield students, and the Kincaids affirmed their commitment to always be there for a community that had always been there for them. When an opportunity arose to help the Winfield High School baseball program, they didn’t hesitate. The family was proud to announce a donation toward the construction of a new training facility. They emphasized that the gift was not just about a building, but about creating opportunities and honoring the values that shaped Tyler’s life.
The Kincaid family explained that while the facility wasn’t Tyler’s specific dream, they knew he would be proud to see something built that would support and strengthen future generations of Winfield athletes. A plaque will be placed in the facility in his memory, a lasting reminder of the impact of one life and a supportive community. The Kincaid family then expressed gratitude to the many individuals who have stood by the foundation from the beginning, giving selflessly and helping to build a legacy as strong as Tyler himself.
In closing, the Kincaid family presented the donation to Coach Isaacs and the Winfield High School baseball program. They thanked everyone for helping to carry Tyler’s legacy forward and encouraged the community to keep building, believing, and showing up for one another, just as they had always done. They ended by celebrating the joy Tyler brought to their lives and urging everyone to “Play Ball! Go Gens!”
