Trinity Health Foundation’s mission is to assist Trinity Health in impacting health and wellness throughout the region. Our brick fundraiser allows the region we serve to make their mark at the new state-of-the-art healthcare campus. Purchase a brick for your family, in memory of a loved one, or for your business. An outdoor patio near the chapel will be created where patients and families can go for reflection.

Make Your Mark with a lasting donation by completing the order form below.

To begin, complete the required fields indicated by the asterisk (*), enter your inscription, and click the submit button at the bottom of the form. Please enter the text exactly as you want it to appear on the brick.  You do not need to center the text; the laser software will automatically center the inscription. 

Please note: If you would like to order more than one brick, you must fill out a new order form for each brick you would like to order.
