For nearly 40 years, Thomas House Family Shelter has served as a beacon of hope for unhoused families with children providing trauma informed solution-focused services. We don’t just offer shelter; we provide a comprehensive foundation of empowerment and resources for families to transform their lives. Thomas House offers two main programs: Transitional Shelter and Supportive Services, and Homeless Prevention. Both programs provide tailored support to help families achieve resilience and independence.

Thomas House, with its 20 units, is currently unable to meet the urgent and growing needs of families seeking shelter. The Building a Brighter Future: Brick by Brick Campaign is our response to this pressing issue. We believe that with your support, we can create a lasting solution. Your contribution will allow Thomas House to pay off the loan on our third building, acquired in 2018, and acquire more buildings to help meet the long-term need for shelter.

Your contribution to our Building a Brighter Future: Brick by Brick Campaign is not just a donation. It’s a powerful tool for change. Your support will significantly increase the availability of services for families striving to better their lives. It will provide children with safety, life skills, career exploration as they work to break the cycle of generational poverty. Most importantly, your donation will give families the necessary time and resources to address the unaddressed trauma that has plagued their family. You will be equipping them with the skills to maintain long-term housing and succeed once they leave Thomas House.

We need your help! Please purchase a brick or paver and have you, your family, your business, or the memory of a loved one engraved on it. Show your support for Thomas House and be remembered for years as we repave our front patios to save more families.

To begin, complete the required fields indicated by the *, then enter your inscription and click on the next button at the bottom of the form: You will be directed to the confirmation page to confirm your inscription. After you have confirmed your inscription, click the submit form button at the bottom right of the page. Please enter the text exactly as you want it to appear on the brick.  You do not need to center the text; the laser software will automatically center the inscription. If you would like to order more than one brick you will need to fill out a new order form for each brick that you would like to order.
