The Lay Legacy Brick Project will be used to create a Lay Legacy Countyard on the campus of Payne Theological Seminary. Proceeds from this project will be shared between Payne Theological Seminary and the Ohio-South Ohio Conference Lay Organization. Funds donated to Payne will be used to provide scholarships for Lay persons to participate in the Lay Institute Classes and to aid laity in taking academic classes from Payne.
