Experimental Aircraft Association Chapter 27 is raising money for our youth scholarship fund by offering commemorative bricks. They will be placed along the walkway in front of the Meriden airport terminal building. Chapter 27 has been active for years providing opportunities for kids to experience aviation first hand. Since 1993 Chapter 27 has provided over 3400 free flights to kids. The chapter has provided numerous airport tours, merit badge classes, workshops, and scholarships for youths of all ages. In recent years the chapter has mentored young adults completely through private pilot training under the EAA Ray Scholar program. Through the commemorative brick fund raising campaign Chapter 27 is expanding its youth scholarships for flight training, EAA Air Academy, and other aviation related education. Please consider buying a brick today with your own personal message and artwork.
