The Friends of FC Tennis are requesting donations to build a pavilion. The pavilion will be used to provide shelter, shade, restrooms and concessions during the many events that the program hosts. In addition to dozens of regular season junior high and high school tennis meets, the program also hosts both girls and boys Wabash River Conference tournaments, Sectional tournaments, FC invitationals, summer camps and 15 years (and counting) of McTagertt Memorial Tennis Tournaments. With boys playing in the fall, girls in the spring and camps and McTagertt tourney in the summer, the tennis courts see a lot of action nearly year round. These activities and events bring hundreds of people to the tennis courts every year.

As you may know, the boys and girls tennis programs have been successful through the years, winning a combined 23 sectional championships. Coaches Chris Webb and Dave Kight have been with the programs for 22 consecutive years equating to 44 seasons.

We are very excited to create a Friends of FC Tennis walkway with brick pavers. With your donation of $125 or more, you will purchase a paver with your name, message and/or logo. Those pavers will make up the walkway that leads to the pavilion. There are three levels of donation for pavers:

4” x 8” paver with text only $125   *   8” x 8” paver with text only $500   *   8” x 8” paver with text and/or logo $1,000

The Friends of FC Tennis invite you to join our group to support growth and interest in the FC Tennis program. The FC Tennis program has helped shape the lives of thousands of student athletes over the years. The lessons learned have proved to be invaluable to those that have participated. You can follow both the boys and girls programs at www.fcmustangs.com and @FCMustangTennis on Twitter.
