Columbia Second Chance is proud to be able to announce our new building that will soon be completed. Additionally, we will be adding dog runs to the existing building, a training center, and improvements throughout. The bricks will allow us to complete the expansion and also provide a lovely walkway through our memorial garden for past, present and future adopters to enjoy with our adoptable dogs.
