Owned and operated by the Town of Hingham since 1988, the South Shore Country Club celebrated its 100th Anniversary in 2022. Containing approximately 160 acres of open space, the property encompasses a Wayne Stiles designed 18 hole golf course and practice area, indoor golf simulators, bowling alley, restaurant/banquet facility and a soon to be constructed new town pool.

The Friends of the SSCC supports the Club with events and funding for projects and activities.

This Buy a Brick Program follows the installation of a beautiful clock donated by the Findley family in memory of Jim Findley.

All are invited to purchase an engraved 4×8 brick for $125 to celebrate life’s events, a personal legacy, remembrance of a loved one or just to support our gem of a Club.

With changes on the horizon, proceeds will be used to enhance projects not covered by the Town. With a look to the past and a vision for the future, please support the South Shore Country Club with the purchase of an engraved brick to be proudly incorporated into our new patio surrounding the iconic clock.
