The Socastee High School “Paving the Way” Brick Fundraiser is a great way for alumni to leave their mark on the beautiful SHS campus. It also allows parents, grand-parents, family, and friends to honor their graduates, athletes, organizations and club members.
The goal of the Socastee High School Band program is to develop student’s love of music and to expand their musical repertoire through its course offerings in Symphonic, Concert, Jazz, Marching and Winterguard. It also teaches students valuable life lessons such as teamwork, discipline, creativity and a strong commitment to excellence.
The Brick Fundraiser helps to generate the funds needed to repair and replace aging band equipment and uniforms as well as help offset travel expenses and participation fees for competitions. More importantly, it allows all students that love music, regardless of their financial circumstances, the opportunity to get involved. Because Music Matters.
